It helps, but no. Plenty of content works without a face — process, product, work in progress, results. We plan around what you are comfortable with.

Yes. We are Surrey based and travel for content days and projects. Distance is factored in when we quote.
Two rounds per video is normal and almost always enough because the plan is agreed up front. Bigger changes past that are scoped separately.
You do. Everything we shoot and edit for you is yours, including the raw files if you want them.
